Title: Fraud Officer

Responsibilities:

• Monitor transactions to identify suspicious or high-risk activity.
• Investigate fraud cases and analyze transaction patterns.
• Collect and document evidence to support investigations.
• Prepare clear investigation reports and recommend actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to reduce fraud risks.
• Improve fraud prevention controls and support staff awareness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in fraud prevention, risk management, financial operations, or electronic payments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fraud monitoring tools.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
