Title: IT Support

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including operating systems (Windows/Linux) and common business applications.
- Provide network support, including setup and maintenance of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues promptly.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control (Active Directory or similar systems).
- Perform routine system updates, backups, and security checks.
- Respond to helpdesk requests and provide timely technical support to employees.
- Document technical procedures, issues, and solutions for future reference.
- Assist in IT infrastructure upgrades and deployments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in PC and network support roles.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Experience with troubleshooting tools and remote support software.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications.
- Experience with virtualization or cloud services is a plus.
- Knowledge of ticketing systems and IT service management practices.
Work Environment:
- Office-based with occasional on-site support requirements.
- May require after-hours support for urgent issues or maintenance tasks.
