Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
Identify hiring needs in coordination with department managers.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks.
Conduct resume screening and shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and related parties.
Prepare interview evaluation reports and recommendations.
Prepare job advertisements and publish them on appropriate platforms.
Maintain recruitment records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HRIS.
Prepare employment offers and coordinate the hiring documentation process.
Manage Off-boarding process, including conducting Exit interview and prepare final settlement for exit employees.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and interview methods.
Experience using recruitment platforms and HR systems
Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
Male candidates are preferred.
