Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews).
Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Prepare employment contracts and related documentation.
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and physical files.
Manage attendance, leave records, and staff movements.
Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data.
Track KPIs, evaluations, and performance reviews.
